How private charter works

Flying privately is simpler than it looks. Here is how a trip comes together with Heru, and how to choose the right size of aircraft.

Chartering with Heru

  1. Tell us your trip

Where, when and how many are flying. Call us, use the form below, or request it in the Ascend by HERU app.

  2. Review your options

We source aircraft from FAA Part 135 operators rated by ARGUS or Wyvern and send you clear options and prices, with our recommendation.

  3. Book

Choose an option, sign the charter agreement and pay. We confirm every detail with the operator.

  4. Get ready in the app

Add your passengers, see your itinerary and watch the pre-flight checks turn green as departure gets closer.

  5. Fly

Arrive at the private terminal shortly before departure and walk to your aircraft. We follow the flight until you land.
